The Mog guide

Supply and halvings

MOG is fair-launched with zero starting supply. Realized trading losses create new MOG. Supply is uncapped, while treasury growth and paid-fee milestones reduce the reward rate.

The base reward rate halves at 100,000 USDG in lifetime paid trading fees, then each time that total triples: 300,000, 900,000, and so on.

Each milestone halves the rate
Base rate at zero equity. Claim boosts and team issuance are additional.

Reached milestones stay in effect if treasury equity falls. The equity curve and claim boost also affect rewards.

A profit fee counts once its recipient has received a cash-backed balance they can withdraw. Fees waiting to be paid count later. Open fees never count. A settlement round keeps the reward settings from its start.

For the first 730 days, an additional 10% of trader rewards accrues to the team. Each recipient mints their share by claiming it, and claims stay open after the window. The accrual ends after the window; trader rewards continue.

Governance sets the recipients and their shares. An empty recipient list forfeits the allocation, and a recipient removed from the list forfeits any unclaimed share. See Governance risks.
